Facebook has released a long overdue update to their iPhone app hoping to fix bugs and performance issues in previous versions.

With the amount of people who use Facebook it’s unsurprising that the app is the most downloaded app of all time from the Apple app store.  Despite the popularity of the app, recent versions have had bad reviews due to bugs with the app.  Only time will tell how the update is received, but initial ratings from the iTunes store aren’t looking too great with the app scoring 2/5 stars for the current version.
